The apartment was great. Exactly as described. Easy access to public transport. DSI was very helpful and responsive. I would stay there again and would recommend. The only issue was parking as someone parked on our designated bay and we had to park in a different one. DSI offered an alternative and even though it was not suitable as we had children, DSI tried to sort it out and it was appreciated.
Great host — very accommodating.
The DSI team are always really helpful and supportive when booking with them and they found this offer that was more than suitable for the guest as it was close to familiar surroundings and support networks. DSI always ensure the guests have what they need and are more than helpful when resolving any issues — would highly recommend.
DSI was and amazing host,he was very friendly and helpful towards our lads staying at his place, communication was fantastic, and I can't recommend using him highly enough.

Clean and lovely looking flat as shown in the photos. the secure parking in the building is there, Tesco Express is just next door and is open late for grabbing items if you arrive later. We didn’t try the transit system as we had a rental and Uber to the event we were going to. It looks as though there are buses in the area, so easy enough to get somewhere if you don’t have a vehicle.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport links, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The thoughtful touches throughout the home made it feel like a home away from home. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and would not hesitate to stay again. Anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and memorable place to stay should definitely book this property. Highly recommended

Very nice place. Neon was reachable by chat any time. He was very helpful with the things we needed. We would have appreciated an AC or an additional fan because ths weather was very warm. But this didn't affected our experience. I recommend the place.

My stay was fantastic at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with stylish decor and plenty of space for both relaxation and work. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. The location was excellent — peaceful, safe, and well connected, with easy access to transport links, restaurants, cafés, and riverside walks. The views around Royal Wharf were lovely, especially in the evenings. Communication with the host was smooth from start to finish, and check-in was seamless. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London for business or leisure. Very good value for Money...

This was the first time we used DSI and hope to again in future. They are a great host and helped when we needed accommodation for guests at short notice when urgently needed. Enquiries and requests are replied to very quickly and proactively; they were really supportive and accommodating when looking at extensions. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend. Great stay for an event at Silverworks Island with very close proximity! (Walkable) to London City Airport. Also great DLR connection from Pontoon Dock. Apartment is immaculate and very comfortable, beds are also very comfy!

Superb functional and operational apartment, very uncluttered and has everything newcomers need. I liked the minimalist side and the decor. Cleanliness is 10/10! The host is very kind and knows how to make himself available. We were superbly well accommodated during our stay, nothing to say. Everything was perfect, secure parking. Very nice neighbourhood, very quiet, near a shopping centre. Great value for the money. You can do so with your eyes closed! I recommend.
