# DSi House Rules **Make yourself comfortable. Help us keep every stay welcoming.** Welcome to DSi. Please treat your accommodation with care and respect our neighbours. These rules apply alongside the property details and booking terms shown before you reserve. **1. Guests and visitors** Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Changes to guest numbers must be agreed before arrival and must remain within the property’s advertised capacity. Please obtain approval before inviting visitors and ensure they follow these rules. **2. No parties or disruptive gatherings** Parties and events are not permitted. Please avoid loud music, shouting or behaviour that disturbs neighbours at any time. **3. Quiet hours: 10pm–8am** Keep noise low during these hours, including in gardens, balconies, corridors and communal spaces. **4. No smoking or vaping indoors** Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation and indoor communal areas. Outdoors, smoking is permitted only in any designated area identified in the property instructions. Dispose of cigarette ends safely. 5. Check-in and check-out Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. These times allow our housekeeping team to clean and prepare the property between stays. Early check-in and late check-out must be agreed in advance and are subject to availability. Any additional charge will be confirmed before you agree. Please return keys as instructed and remove all belongings by check-out time unless luggage storage has been arranged. **6. Pets and assistance animals** Pets are welcome only at properties advertised as pet-friendly and must be included in the booking arrangements. Any applicable pet fee will be shown before booking. Assistance dogs and qualifying service animals are welcome and are not treated as pets. No pet fee or additional deposit applies because of their presence. Advance disclosure is welcome but is not a condition of acceptance. Please keep animals under control and clean up after them. **7. Care of the accommodation** Use furniture, appliances and amenities responsibly. Please do not move large furniture, remove property items or access locked storage areas. Let us know promptly about damage, spills, missing items or maintenance problems. **8. Everyday cleanliness** Please clean up food spills, keep used kitchenware reasonably tidy and place rubbish and recycling in the designated bins. Do not flush wipes, sanitary products or other unsuitable items down toilets. **9. Safety and security** Lock doors and secure windows when leaving. Keep keys and access codes private. Do not tamper with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms or other safety equipment, and keep escape routes clear. Candles, fireworks and indoor barbecues are not permitted. Never leave cooking unattended. **10. Parking and electric vehicles** Follow the parking instructions for your property and avoid obstructing neighbours, pavements or access routes. EV charging is permitted only through a designated charging facility where advertised. Do not run charging cables from household sockets. **11. Children and shared spaces** Please supervise children around stairs, windows, balconies and outdoor areas. Keep communal entrances and corridors clear and respect other residents’ privacy. **12. Commercial activities** Commercial filming, photography, events or activities involving visiting customers require written approval before booking. Ordinary remote working is welcome. **13. Respectful behaviour** Treat neighbours, staff and other guests respectfully. Threatening behaviour, harassment and unlawful activity are not permitted. **14. Simple checkout** Before leaving, please: - Take your belongings and dispose of rubbish in the designated bins. - Turn off lights and cooking appliances. - Secure the property and return keys as instructed. You do not need to strip beds, wash linen, vacuum or carry out a deep clean. Routine cleaning is handled by our team. We do not impose fines for missed checkout chores. **15. Damage and exceptional cleaning** Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Where guests are responsible for damage, missing items or exceptional cleaning beyond normal use, we may seek reasonable, evidenced reimbursement where permitted by the booking terms and applicable platform policy. Normal wear and tear and routine cleaning are excluded. Any request will explain the reason and cost and allow you to respond. Platform bookings will follow the relevant platform’s payment and dispute procedures. **16. If an issue arises** Please contact us promptly so we can help. Where house rules are breached, we will seek to resolve the issue with you. My stay was fantastic at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with stylish decor and plenty of space for both relaxation and work. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. The location was excellent — peaceful, safe, and well connected, with easy access to transport links, restaurants, cafés, and riverside walks. The views around Royal Wharf were lovely, especially in the evenings. Communication with the host was smooth from start to finish, and check-in was seamless. Everything matched the listing perfectly, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Superb functional and operational apartment, very uncluttered and has everything newcomers need. I liked the minimalist side and the decor. Cleanliness is 10/10! The host is very kind and knows how to make himself available. We were superbly well accommodated during our stay, nothing to say. Everything was perfect, secure parking. Very nice neighbourhood, very quiet, near a shopping centre. Great value for the money. You can do so with your eyes closed! I recommend.

Very nice place. Neon was reachable by chat any time. He was very helpful with the things we needed. We would have appreciated an AC or an additional fan because ths weather was very warm. But this didn't affected our experience. I recommend the place.

Clean and lovely looking flat as shown in the photos. the secure parking in the building is there, Tesco Express is just next door and is open late for grabbing items if you arrive later. We didn’t try the transit system as we had a rental and Uber to the event we were going to. It looks as though there are buses in the area, so easy enough to get somewhere if you don’t have a vehicle.

The apartment was great. Exactly as described. Easy access to public transport. DSI was very helpful and responsive. I would stay there again and would recommend. The only issue was parking as someone parked on our designated bay and we had to park in a different one. DSI offered an alternative and even though it was not suitable as we had children, DSI tried to sort it out and it was appreciated.
